Resident Profile

The following are guidelines for Residential Care and general resident characterics only:

• Medical condition stabilized or under control.
• Independently mobile (with or without mechanical aids).
• Some limitations mentally and/or physically inability to care for self independently.
• Care required is supervision and/or assistance in daily living.
• Treatment, if any, is standardized and includes only maintenance medication and preventative services.
• Access to periodic medical care and professional nursing services.
